Brandon Kinnie
CEO & Football Director
Brandon Kinnie founded Alliance Sports Training with the belief that all youth, no matter their socioeconomic status, should have the opportunity to receive elite sports training and mentorship. Kinnie was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He would later move to Kansas City Missouri and attend Grandview Senior High School, where he excelled in football, basketball and track, and was inducted into Grandview’s Hall of Fame. Afterwards Kinnie would attend Fort Scott Community College, obtaining an associate degree in Criminal Justice as well as participating in both basketball and football, receiving All-American honors for his exceptional football career, as well as being inducted in the Fort Scott Community College Hall of Fame for Football in 2024.
The University of Nebraska offered Brandon a full football scholarship, where Brandon would continue his football career as well as obtain a bachelors degree in Sociology. Kinnie would then go on to pursue a professional football career, playing for such teams as the Kansas City Chiefs, Spokane Shock, Calgary Stampeders and Omaha Beef upon his return to Omaha, NE.
After ending his football career Brandon got married, started a family, and realized his calling to ministry. He also had a deep desire to mentor youth. Coaching his sons’ football and basketball teams, gave him the opportunity to connect with youth through teaching the sports he loved. Coaching also made him realize the large discrepancy in training available to lower income youth and their ability to even participate in competitive sports and receive educational mentorship and life skills.

Kinnie coaches youth football and basketball teams. Kinnie volunteers in many activities that provide support for inner city growth and development. He leads small groups mentoring young men in their walk with Christ and is now pursuing the opportunity to build an organization that will allow all youth, no matter their socioeconomic status, the ability to receive elite sports training and education, at little to no cost.
