ORGANIZATION LEADER AND OR TEAM COACH, WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND TERMS & CONDITIONS

I, the Organization Leader and or Team Coach registering the participating team/organization for the Alliance Air Raid Tournament, hereby certify that all information provided regarding said organization and or team and its participants, players, coaches and personnel, is true, accurate, and complete.

In consideration of my organizations and or teams participation in the Alliance Hawks Air Raid Tournament, including all related programs, events, and activities, I, the undersigned Organization leader and or team coach, acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:
   I understand that participation in football/7v7 and related athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability, paralysis, and death. While rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce these risks, the possibility of significant injury remains.

2. Voluntary Participation and Acceptance of Risks:
   I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, including those that may arise from the negligence of the Releasees or others. I accept full responsibility for my organizations and or teams participation and its participants, to include assumption of said risk for the athletes participating for my organization and or team registered. 

3. Compliance With Terms and Safety Requirements:
   I agree that my my organizations and or team, and its participants, to include the athletes participating for my organization and or team registered will comply with all stated and customary rules, guidelines, and conditions for participation. If I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my organizations and or teams participation or presence at any activity, I will immediately notify the appropriate official and remove my organization and or team participant from participation if necessary.

4. Release of Liability:
   I, for myself, my organization and or team, and our respective heirs, assigns, personal representatives, hereby RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS Alliance Hawks, Alliance Sports Training, Alliance Life Skills, Inc., Millard North High School, and their respective officers, officials, agents, employees, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct events (“RELEASEES”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, disability, death, or loss of property arising out of or relating to my organization and or team, and its participants, to include the athletes participating for my organization and or team registered —whether resulting from the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise—to the fullest extent permitted by law.

   I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement, and that I am voluntarily waiving substantial legal rights on behalf of myself and my organization and or team, and its participants, to include the athletes participating for my organization and or team registered.

5. Consent and Indemnification:
   As the Organization leader and or team coach, I consent to and agree with the release provided above. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my organization and or team, and its participants, to include the athletes participating for my organization and or team registered, EVEN IF CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Covenant Not to Sue:
   As lawful consideration for my organizations and or teams participation, I agree that neither I, my organization, team or participating athletes, nor any representative acting on our behalf will make any claim against, file suit against, attach property of, or otherwise prosecute Brandon Kinnie, Alliance Hawks Football Team staff, Alliance Hawks 7v7 Football Team staff, Millard North High School and its staff, Alliance coaches, sponsors, facilitators, or employees for any injury, death, or property damage my organization and or team and its athletes may sustain as a result of participation in any related sporting event or activity.

7. Medical Authorization:
   I hereby authorize the coach, manager, or designated representative of my organization and or team, and its participants, to include the athletes participating for my organization and or team registered, to obtain medical care, including emergency treatment and/or surgery, as deemed necessary for health and safety. I agree to be fully responsible for all medical and hospital costs incurred for such treatment.

 

​I, as the organization leader and/or team coach, hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in Sections 1–7 of the waiver above. I further agree to assume all associated risks and responsibilities on behalf of my organization and/or team, including all registered athletes and participants representing my organization or team.

Refund Policy: Alliance Air Raid Tournament 2026

 

A request for refund must be completed for each request and submitted to alliancesportstraining.com for review.

Please email your request to the above listed email, including your name, your team/organization name, and reason for requesting a refund.

Weather Policy 

​

• No refund will be provided if any games are played. 

• Partial refund will be provided if the tournament is canceled before the start due to weather, provided in the amount of 50% of the total registered cost.

General Refund Policy 

​​

This is in regard to refunds offered, that are not related to the weather refund policy cited above. 

• 100% refund if the host cancels the event without rescheduling. 
• No refund will be provided for any reason (other than host cancellation/weather policy cited previously) after registration has occurred.

Any refund request approved will be processed and if approved, awarded within 30 days of approval.
